  5. I am currently working with a clients who has a large amount of invoices. One feature I think would be fantastic would be the ability for them to drag and drop emails into a folder in their gmail that automatically sends to dext. Unfortunately, auto forwarding isn't suitable as it forwards all of their discourse with their suppliers, fulfilment partners etc. Therefore, we end up with 1,000's of items in dext that are just email conversations.
    This would be super useful and very easy to explain to a client of any size.

  9. Would be great if there was some AI able to pick up "junk" mail eg. promos sent from suppliers and have it placed in separate folder. User could go through this less frequently eg monthly to check for any accidental junk. Great offering and love using DEXT- thank you.

  11. I have invoices from Deliveroo, Just eat etc that there on the same inv is sales amount and commission amount. If I upload this inv in Dext as commission expense, I can not upload again in sales as sales income

We have been submitting Rental Statements via email and direct upload to Costs so as to extract the fees as Costs. 10 days ago, due to the chnage in your Solo, these are now automativlly bee-ing sent to SALES, and we are having to manually move these to COSTS which is adding an extra step and not warranted, and makes it cumbersome. Can you review this so that when I email to the costs email, it actually goes into the costs section and not automatically into Sales. I do not want to have to move these manually

  13. I have a client with two accounts with a particular supplier. While I am able to connect these two accounts through Fetch, in Dext I would like to assign the invoices from each account to a different supplier. Dext currently extracts the supplier from the invoice, and therefore both accounts are being set to the same supplier.

    It would be helpful if on a Fetch connection we could override the extraction by setting a specific Supplier per Fetch connection. This would ensure the documents from the two fetch connections are correctly allocated to the supplier accounts I wish to use,…

  14. Hi, we would like to be able to do sales imports by journal entry rather than sales invoice. We are in the hospitality industry and have little to no receivables so we post our sales via journal entry to make sure all funds were collected. We are using Quickbooks Desktop.

  15. Be able to accept emails that attach both an invoice and receipt in PDF. Stripe sends emails like this routinely, and if Dext doesn't accept emails with two attachments, then user must manually remove one of the attachments before sending. Stripe is a major payment processer for the vast number of online software subscriptions services in North America, so many customers get email from their suppliers (sent via Stripe) that contain both invoice and receipt. The service providers typically cannot control how these emails are configured or where they go, so it would be incredibly helpful if Dext could accept…

  17. When you look at an invoice in the archive and the email that has been sent in. Where an email has contained multiple invoices it would be helpful to see a list of the invoices. Or even a list of the Dext reference numbers to cross reference back

Adding Combine mode to the email in options - often we are sent invoices / remittances where the supplier will provide 1PDF for the main invoice and then a 2nd PDF (in one email) with loads of transaction lines relating to the fist PDF - if this was a hard copy, we would be able to use the mobile app "combine" mode, but this isn't an option on the email in.. 99.9% of the time the attachment order will be the same, the main invoice/remittance page, then the heap of transactions document. it would be really useful if we could…
