    Hi there,


    Enhanced approvals for expense claims were released last week 🎉. With the new version, you can set up to 5 approval stages, with multiple approvers at each stage.


    If you're an admin, go to settings to set up an approval workflow for expense claims.

  3. I cannot apply my departments from Sage 50 in Receipt Bank. This means I either have to apply them in the csv after export or apply them in Sage 50 - but I really want my client to apply them directly in Receipt Bank! This would save me so much time.

    The Sage 50 integration does allow you to publish with departments but they are sync'd to Dext under the generic name 'projects' as a catch all for all the different names for analytical classes used by our various integrations.


    If you check your lists section under projects you should see your departments and be able to apply them to items before publishing.

    Hi there,

    In this new version, you can set up to 5 sequential approval stages that are based on total amount.


    If you're an admin, go to settings to set up an approval workflow for expense claims.

  7. A lot of hospitality clients don’t check the quality of their photos prior to submission and are submitting illegible photos. This is causing a lot of time wasted in firstly trying to make out the item details and then, when necessary, chasing the clients to re-send a photo if they’ve retained a copy of it the item. In the mobile app have a quick check for image quality prior to submitting

  12. I get regularly confused by Receipt Bank's verbiage, particularly Project & Project 2, as this doesn't match the names for these lists within my accounting software. Please could RB update the names for these fields to correspond with what they're called within the integrated software?

  15. Currently when connected to a Partner, the Inbox header within the Mobile App shows the Partner name and User email address, however the email address alone may not be clear enough to tell which account is currently being used.

    Could you please add/change this so that it shows the User name or the Account Name as well?

  20. Hi, you used to have a re-bill tool with Xero integrated accounts for oncharging which was really handy and also allowed me to use RB for accounts receivables. Could you please bring this back
