  3. Could you kindly consider changing the word archive to Processed or something similar. I didnt touch it as I was under the impression that if I put anything in there they would disappear! The wording in costs dont flow and thats how it didnt make sense. You have Inbox (all good), next in Processing (all good) To review (all good), ready (all good) and they flow, but archive doesnt flow with the others hence my reluctance to use it until I knew it wasnt going to disappear.   7. Have the option to delete images, if for example you have scanned the image in twice or two separate images, to be able to remove the unnecessary one, as the split options keeps both images.

  8. the ability to customize screensize beyond current parameters. Would like to have data entry area smaller so that the document is more easily visible without so many additional clicks to enlarge or make full screen. It all takes of my time.

  9. The ability for an end client to see their own Monthly Usage from their account, including Item Extractions and Bank Statement Extractions (Sheets).

  14. Include a separate box in the amount section to put in freight charges instead of needing to add a line item each time. It would make entering the invoices more efficient. As my clients have freight a lot more than taxes on their invoices.

  18. Have the option to filter the item's by relevant fields and have a summary for them. For example, have a summary of the total amounts for items from a certain category like what we can do with HMRC clients under Partners.

  20. Can’t see which bank accounts are used in payment method - see screenshot (when I click the drop down it defaults to top of the list so I can never know what account is actually selected). Ability to order by name would be very useful also given client has 3 pages of them.
