I just tested this for myself and the wording seemed inappropriate. It said "Your bookkeeper has requested some paperwork from you to save you money!" This is the 'pop up notification' you see on the mobile app.
I don't think this is applicable to all scenarios. Perhaps this wording shoud be changed to something a bit more generic or even better, allow us to change the wording.
Also, I tested this with a bank receipt transaction from the bank area. but in the app, under paperwork requests it says 'your bookkeeper has identified a purchase that needs paperwork'. the notification engine should work out whether the transaction in question is a banking or a payment and change the wording accordingly.
Also in the app, the client cannot see previous paperwork requests. once the relevant document has been uploaded, the request vanishes. maybe a history should be kept and available for review by both the accountant and the client

The ability to customise the email sent to the supplier. Currently as it stands, the email address to send the paperwork to could look suspicious to bigger supplier organisations, and sometimes they require the account number before they send the paperwork. It would be great if we could customise the email to add additional information.
