    When employees are taking pictures and selecting categories for their expenses, there is only 10-20 categories they should choose from. We want to make the expenses process as easy as possible for employees by limiting the categories available to just the ones we want our employees to use.

    The problem we have encountered is that limiting the categories for expenses means we cannot process purchase ledger / anything else effectively.
