Thanks for requesting this feature.
However, this functionality is available in the 'new' expense claim approval workflow. Head to approval workflow settings, turn on the new approval workflow for expense claims and create your expense claim workflows from there.
Once you've got expense claims running through the 'new' approval functionality, you'll be able to approve, cancel and reject expense claims. You'll also have up to 5 stages of approvals.

Integration with Client Engager
We would love to see Dext working with Client Engager, and be able to see Dext health scores relating to clients, or connect Dext intelligent workflows to certain tasks within Client Engager. This is something one of your competitors is offering!

ramp
Ramp integration please. Right now we feed documents from DEXT to BILL - as we migrate from BILL to Ramp, I no longer have the connection from DEXT. Ramp may become a stronger solution for us. I would love to keep DEXT in our workflow.

Audit log of Activity per member of staff

Ability to select when to be notified when an item is processed on DEXT.
Will be handy to know when a client has submitted documents to DEXT instead of having to login and be "surprised. Client don't tell us when they submit their documents.

Supplier Statement Extraction
I have uploaded the statement and I realised that I am being charged, so I automatically deleted the submission. But I took another look and I realised that I am allowed 5 submissions, so when I uploaded the same statement, it now shows that I have used two submissions.
Which is not correct, as I have only submitted one. How can that be improved to only show that I submitted one.
Now I am only allowed 3 submissions. Not cool.

SHARE AN ITEM FROM DETAILS PAGE WITH EXTERNAL USER
Id like to be able to "share" an item from the item details page and to share it with an external user email (dext to remember the email addresses). Id like the emailed person to be able to reply to the email and it shows as a reply to my query inside dext and this exchange is logged on the audit log history.
