    Hi,


    Thanks to your feedback we have made improvements to bulk editing suppliers and also added the ability to bulk edit customers.


    You can now bulk edit the following fields for suppliers:

    • Category
    • Product
    • Customer
    • Project
    • Currency
    • Tax rate
    • Payment method
    • Publish to


    The following fields have now been made available to bulk edit for customers:

    • Project
    • Currency
    • Product

  2. Set rules for Expense Approvers

    Ability to save which user has to approve another user's Expense Reports. Something like setting rules for that. We don't want to select it each time.

    Hi there,


    Enhanced approvals for expense claims were released a couple of weeks ago 🎉.


    In this new version, you can set up to five sequential stages of approvers and each person will be emailed when it's their turn to approve.


    If you're an admin, go to settings to set up an approval workflow for expense claims.

    Thanks for your feedback! We've now implemented the ability to choose rebilling as a supplier rule for integrations that support rebilling.

  4. More than 10 lines Smart Split rule

    Currently a user can only set a rules for 10 line items when using Smart Split however I've found that this limitation prevents me from using it for several key suppliers.
