Bank Feeds: be able to connect sub-accounts/credit card accounts
There could be several sub-accounts (usually credit cards) under a single bank account but currently these cannot be selected separately. Instead, the entire bank account data is pulled in.Can we differentiate these and pull them across?

PDF Expense Reports - items in date order
Items are added in the Expense Report in a Chronological order, however after the report is downloaded in a PDF , the items are not in that order anymore. Would be useful if they are.

By default, PDF exports of Expense Expense reports are now ordered chronologically. You can also change the order of items by other fields like supplier, category, description and amount by going to System settings-> downloading items -> Order items in Expense Report PDF by

Publish a sale to a bank account in Sage 50 Desktop
It would be extremely helpful to be able to publish a Sales invoice to a bank account. Most customers have paid for the service and it goes directly into a bank account. The drop down list is there in Dext but no bank accounts show up in it.

Widening of columns in line items
When adding line items to a transaction, it would be great if the columns could be expanded or widened because currently when you want to enter the tax rate there's a very narrow column and it is difficult to see the different tax options when scrolling down. For this reason we would rather edit the item in Xero when we would prefer to do the editing in Dext.

Multiple pages PDF- auto recognise
The option to upload multiple pages PDF, from which some items are not just one page, so the system will split correctly per invoice ( 2 or more pages).

Bulk download more than 250 items at a time
Can you please make it possible to download all my items into 1 PDF or CSV instead of page per page?

Thanks for your feedback! All documents uploaded as a PDF can now be viewed as a PDF using your browser's PDF viewer, allowing for actions such as copy & paste and clickable links. For help viewing PDF's, please see this help documentation: https://help.dext.com/en/s/article/how-to-configure-your-browser-to-view-item-pdfs

Sync sales categories from Ibiza
In order to effectively use the sales module, users need to have their sales categories in the section Comptes généraux (also known as "product accounts/categories", "comptes produits de classe 7"which we're not pullingfrom Ibiza).

Quickbooks Desktop csv export - Canadian
Could you please add a CSV export (COST section) for Quickbooks Desktop that is specifically Canadian (right now there is only US) and we lose too much time in changing everything

Create default Tax Rates in unintegrated accounts
For Canadian partners using QB Desktop, they have unintegrated accounts. However you can't set a default tax rate or have dual tax rate extraction. Currently if they have two taxes they have to add in a second column on the csv and manually do the calculation

See items from other users on iOS mobile app
Can you please add the ability to see items submitted by others within the iOS mobile app

Apologies for a lack of response, this feature has been released on IOS!
- Partners have the ability to view ALL items within a Client they have access to, from any user.
- Clients users with Admin role can view ALL users items within the same Client
- Users who can see items from multiple users, can also filter the inbox by `Owner`
