Would be nice to be able to force a description for each receipt. We use Dext for technician purchases and we use job numbers for all purchases but techs forget to enter the job number on a regular basis. This could be something that could be a selectable on off depending on each business.

On most programs, you are able to customise which fields are mandatory when employees upload receipts. It would be great to get this feature added to Next.

ASAR has eight Board members using Dext to upload receipts and we often struggle to determine what they are for, without contacting the board member who incurred that cost. We would very much like to be able to force them to include a description with their receipts, so that they can't complete the upload without a description.

Make the Description field mandatory before a cost moves to Ready. Alternatively have the ability to reject a cost back to the User asking them to complete the field.
