Option to not send an email to the account owner when deactivating or disconnecting a client
When Deactivating or Disconnecting a client from Prepare where the Account Owner needs to be set - have the option to not send an email to the Account owner.

We should be able to deactivate without the client being notified at all if it is a dormant account that hasn’t been used for months/years.
