A notification option for credit card transactions that don’t have a receipt uploaded. Would help to address missed uploads while receipts are still handy, instead of at the end of the month when they may be lost

If a payment has been made on a users default payment method and it has not been matched to an uploaded receipt, then the user could receive a notification after a certain period of time to remind them to upload a receipt for this transaciton.
