Add to Table Settings

Under Payment, it would be helpful to see whether Paid is toggled to Yes or No as part of the table settings that I can choose.

It would be great if in the table settings, when we can choose which options to view, I could also see whether Paid is toggled on or off. This would make easier than going into each upload. Thanks.
