I would like to be able to close projects so they don't appear in the drop down list and no new expenses can be recorded to them. Right now, we can't limit what projects are available without deleting the project from the projects list, which deletes the project info from all previous expenses as well. I'd like to be able to mark a project as "closed" so it is not seen in the drop down menu for employees for new expenses, while still being able to pull reports for that project. As we have more and more projects over time, the list just keeps getting longer, and it takes to find the right project.
