Auto-shorten Document Reference Numbers for QBO Sync

Add settings to automatically shorten reference numbers when they exceed the 21-character limit for QuickBooks Online integration. This is an issue for Starlink invoices, especially. INV-USA-########-#####-##

    I have the same issue with many of my invoices exceeding the 21 character limit. It means I can't auto-publish these items and have to manually change them. The annoying this is I don't even care about the document reference number, so if there was just a way to tell Dext to leave the doc ref blank automatically that would solve the problem too.
