    Please add the Move from Supplier Statement to Cost or Sales Inbox. Sometimes items are uploaded incorrect and need to be moved to the correct Inbox.

    Make it so supplier statements can be moved to costs or sales. I've had several clients upload a ton of documents incorrectly, and i had to download each one and re upload to costs folder. you should be able to do this by clicking a button. Can't believe this feature has been overlooked.

    I really like the new Supplier Statements feature however there are a few things I would find very helpful as it is not user friendly.
    1. Be able to merge statements - If a statement has multiple pages and I haven't merged the document in costs, I don't have the ability to do that once it hits supplier statements.
    2. be able to move a statement back to costs. If an item is sent to supplier statements in error, there is no way to send it back to costs. I have to download it, save it to my computer and then re-add it to costs and then archive it in statements. It is a total pain in the butt.

    I think it would be much more user friendly if it had a Tools section like costs and sales.

    First of all, I would like to commend you and the team on the amazing features in DEXT, especially the new Dextension and Supplier Statement tools. These are excellent additions and have greatly improved the workflow.

    However, I wanted to suggest a possible enhancement to the Supplier Statement feature. Currently, it does not allows users to post or transfer the supplier statement directly to cost, QuickBooks, or Xero, but requires downloading and re-uploading the file manually and upload again to the cost tab.

    I believe it would be more efficient if we could transfer the supplier statement back to cost or post the statement in QuickBooks or Xero.

    This is particularly useful in cases where clients may not have all the invoices on hand due to various reasons. By posting the statement directly, we determine the correct VAT and supplier balance without needing to chase the client or for them to contact their supplier, saving both time and effort.

    I hope you find this feedback helpful, and I look forward to seeing future improvements.
