  1. The new layout of the 'Add client' option doesn't have the button to select all colleagues to have access to newly created clients so it would be a good idea to add such an option as it was in the old way.

    Hi,


    We have now added the option for you to customise the columns in an expense report on screen. You will see the cog similar to the cost or sales inbox, where you can select or de-select columns. 


    Attached is an image showing which options are available.

  3. I would like to add each of my clients individual Logo to their expense reports is that possible? Just to be sure I am not asking to add my practice Logo but each client would have their Logo on their reports.

    Thank you for sharing this request with us, I'm happy to inform you that clients are now able to upload a logo to appear on their expense reports. All they have to do is navigate to My profile > Account details > Co-branding and upload their logo.

  4. I'd like to be able to easily see how items were assigned to Projects within the Archive without having to go into the items one at a time.

    It's possible to add columns in the inbox (ie: description, n° of the bill etc.) but not in the archive.

  5. When adding line items to a transaction, it would be great if the columns could be expanded or widened because currently when you want to enter the tax rate there's a very narrow column and it is difficult to see the different tax options when scrolling down. For this reason we would rather edit the item in Xero when we would prefer to do the editing in Dext.

  8. There is now the invoice number in the inbox, please can we add it in the archive to make items easy to search for when using advanced search tool.

  9. Currently when connected to a Partner, the Inbox header within the Mobile App shows the Partner name and User email address, however the email address alone may not be clear enough to tell which account is currently being used.

    Could you please add/change this so that it shows the User name or the Account Name as well?

  10. Without digging into multiple layers, we should be quickly able to view the status of each client's back up .. is it on? to where? When was the last back up done?
