Move help-bot icon on out of the way.
Would you please get the helpbot icon off the comment submission triangle?
Nevermind the fact that it's totally useless, it's in the way of me getting work done.

An exit button for the chat bubble - its very bright, very distracting, in the way and I am unable to hide it or remove it! Just a button on the top bar would suffice.

I wanted to give you feedback on the placement of your 'Chat' button. It's in an annoying place, but I can't actually get rid of it when I don't need it.

Good morning, Is there a chance to move the orange link to Chat With an Expert that's on the bottom right corner of the page to somewhere else? Or at least give us the option to move it around (there's lots of space on top of the page). As it is now, it overlaps the Save bottom and interferes with the working space of the page. It's really in a an inconvenient spot on the page.

The 'Need help' button in the web application interferes with using the down arrow on the category. Please can you make it moveable or make it go away. As soon as my screen gets behind the icon, I can go no further on the down arrow, so it really messes me up and keeps bringing up the help information.
