ability to set up clients on precision who do not yet have a Xero license
i want to be able to set up new clients in Precision who do not have a Xero license yet (or license has not been transferred to us yet). This will allow us to start an onboarding checklist before we have Xero.

Good news - you can now connect 'unintegrated' clients to Precision, without a Xero or QBO account. See more information here: https://help.dext.com/en/s/article/unintegrated-clients
