Send user an email for Paperwork Requests
When requesting paperwork, please make an option to send a notification email to the user to notify them of the paperwork request. At the moment, it sends a notification to the app which is easily missed. This would be helpful but furthermore, I think its essential. Thanks!

We need an email notification option - some users will not see their notifications in the mobile app due to failing to enable notifications after installing the app, or if they haven't used it in a while, Apple devices may move the app to the cloud and the user won't receive notifications at all.

Currently, employees only get phone notification for paperwork request. Employees tell me that these notifications disappear the next time they open the app on their phone and they would forget it
It would be great if employees also get notification from their web browser and they sit in their inbox until it's resolved. otherwise, employees will forget which item they had to submit paperwork for
