Update 'New' Payment Methods from the Categorization page
We have the ability to Add a Payment Method from the categorization page, but how about being able to update a new payment method that Dext created automatically. I like that Dext draws my attention to a new payment method, but it's inconvenient to have to exit the receipt I'm working on in order to update it, find the lists under Business Settings and then return to the Inbox.
Similarly, if Dext thinks it's a new payment method but it just misread the receipt, there is now another payment method in the list that is not real. You think it would be easy to just update the payment method list when you're finished with the inbox, but in my experience not everyone remembers to do this or you get pulled away. We do try to review the lists on a regular basis, but being able to update it without leaving the page would really help and save us more work down the road.
Another solution is for Dext to just use the word NEW without specifying the last four digits. Then it would only be using the one NEW payment method. And you could make it a requirement to change the payment method to a real one i.e. You can't publish if the payment method NEW is specified as it's just a placeholder.
