Approvers to see archive of what they've approved

For cost approvals, it would be good for approvers to see the archive of what they've approved, even when another user has submitted them, without the approver being given access to see all items

    It'd be really helpful for approvers to see what they have approved/rejected as this gives them useful reference when approving new invoices and saves Finance's time to manually send over documents.

    Exactly this, Client is moving from approval max to dext approvals and this could be the feature that makes them remain with approval max. they dont want to grant user access to all documents however the user would like to see a list of all they have approved.

    A user's interactions, including approvals they have provided needs to be accessible to them without needing to save their own copies offline.

    Have really struggled without this feature it would be a massive improvement to the system! I need approvers to be able to see what they have approved without giving them access to all archived documents.

    I would like the approver to be able to see the archive of what they approve without giving them user permission to "access all documents".

    Currently, there are no additional user permissions that explicitly control access to specific document types - Standard Users can only see documents they upload unless granted "Access all documents" permission, which applies to all document types.

    100%! I actually can't believe this isn't the standard functionality in Dext. An approved is only able to see the archive for what they've personally uploaded. WHYYYYY???

    Our Marketing team needs this feature as we use our invoices to track spend. Sometimes I have to approve due to an urgent payment requirement but I also need to add to our internal tracker. It would be great if I could just log in an have a copy of what I approved in the Archive as well instead of having to ask the AP department.

    It makes little sense to have approval rights, but to not then be able to view a history of what you've approved.
