Hide inactive QBO customers in Dext

The 'Customer' drop-down field on Cost items shows inactive customers from
QBO. Hide the inactive customers from the drop-down.

    If contacts are inactive, they should not be selected from dext to use. Nothing to show that there is an error untill it fails to publish. If its inactive, why are you allowing it to be used a s contact?
