Exporting Purchase Order Numbers in CSV Files

You should be able to export the purchase order numbers that are extracted from the invoices. This is vital information to the business that needs to be retained with the invoice information.

    Title: Include Purchase Order Numbers in CSV Exports
    Description: Currently, Dext extracts purchase order numbers and displays them in the "Extracted PO Number" field within the app, but this data isn't available when exporting to CSV format. This creates a gap for users who need complete document data for external analysis or record-keeping.
    Request: Please add purchase order numbers as an optional column in CSV exports, similar to other extracted fields like supplier name, date, and amounts. This would allow users to maintain complete audit trails and integrate PO data with external systems.
    Business Impact: This would streamline workflows for businesses that rely on purchase order tracking and need to export complete document data for reporting or compliance purposes.

    I would like the PO number of the Supplier Bill to be included in the CSV export in Dext.

    Include Purchase Order number in the options when you export supplier invoices

    It should allow to download PO, absolutely needed.

    Agreed, Purchase order number is vital for our reports, and this field does not seem to be included in any .csv reports generated (Dext Default, Dext Default (Custom), etc.).
    Please provide an update for this idea.

    Currently it is not possible to extract a CSV of each line item which includes the extracted PO number. Having this data would support GRIR clearing as Dext ensures the invoice number/PO number and associated backing invoice are all together in one place. All that is needed is the extracted PO to be an exportable field!

    Would really like the new 'Extracted PO Number' field included in some of the CSV export options. Ideally the Dext Prepare Default to be specific
