There is no option to publish to a debit card or an expense. This is a huge flaw. Most people, especially small business owners use debit cards to make purchases, not credit cards. When trying to publish a receipt to have it generate into QBO, there was no correct option for me to choose. Choosing bill created a bill form which is not right. It needs to create an expense form in QBO. Most receipts if not all, are for immediately charged purchases. Choosing one of the other "paid" options rendered the service useless to me as I would then have to go in and manually change every entry in QBO. This is not efficient or effective and a HUGE deterrent. I will no longer continue with my trial of this product now.
