Practice users notifications for expense claims and invoices approvals
At the moment, when we have an approval process set up where the first step involves our internal practice users, they do not receive any email notifications when there is something pending their approval. We’ve confirmed this behavior with your support team, and understand that currently only external users receive such notifications.
This limitation makes it difficult for our internal team to stay on top of approvals, as the only way to know if action is required is by logging into the platform daily to check manually.
It would be extremely helpful if internal users could also receive email notifications when they are part of the approval workflow. This would improve efficiency and ensure approvals are actioned in a timely manner.
