Approval date to be added as column in the Archive list
It would be good to be able to add a column into the Archive List which shows when an item has been approved. We rely on the Archive for payment runs i.e. published between prior payment run and today, would tell us that we need to pay these invoices. However as we have workflows which push invoices to "archive" when they've been approved, means we are trusting that everything in Archive has been approved via workflow. Turns out there are exceptions that slipped through the net. This was because a user manually archived the invoice without an approval. Either can we turn off manual archiving, create an "approved" inbox rather than going into "archive or add a "date approved" column to Archive
