Dext is now adding a PDF of the item history to items published to QBO, along with the receipt. There’s no reason I would ever want that extra PDF, and the client and accountant reviewing the item wouldn't either. It would actually confuse some of them. Plus, many clients use payment platforms to pay their bills, where the platform attaches all images from the bill into the platform. No one wants to see that history PDF there either. I think Dext should either stop this from happening, or at least allow us the option to turn it off. Stopping it altogether is my preference, since I can't think of any reason anyone would want this to be happening.
