It would be beneficial if Dext could recognise similar worded fields/columns in payroll import files and assign them correctly. We use BrightPay as our payroll where the fields are named as follows:

Payment bank account name = Account Name
Payment bank sort code = Sort Code
Payment bank account number = Account Number
Net pay = Amount
Payment bank reference = Reference

This would remove the need to edit the csv reduce the chance of human error when renaming the fields/columns.

Alternatively, a direct API connection to BrightPay would be the perfect scenario.
