in reports > transaction summary
where you have the filter to select a specific rental property, it would be very useful if there was also a filter to select a specific owner. this will allow us to export the transaction summary (with detailed transactions if needed) with the same level of detail that the main 'dext solo' account holder gets when doing reports>transaction summary>export.

currently, the beneficial interest report doesnt show the same split of 'amount' and 'total share' or the specific rental properties for each line as it does for the main holder.
