when you go to reports>transaction summary there is a filter option in the top right corner to filter by rental property.

it would be very useful to have a drop down filter to select the property owner (in jointly held properties) and then be able to export the report, which will contain the same rich level of detail as the main dext solo account holder gets when generating the same export at reports>transaction summary>export. the columns in the beneficial interest export are not as good e.g. it does not show the property name, total amount, total share, the source (costs, bank, sales).

essentially, we would like the export for a co-owner to be as good as the one that the main owner gets.
