when you go to reports>transaction summary there is a filter option in the top right corner to filter by rental property. currently you can only select one property at a time.

can you make the filter to allow multi-selections i.e. to select property 1, property 2 but not property 3. the selections will then adjust the report on screen and the export file at reports>transaction summary>export
