The Notes field in Dext Costs is very useful for adding context and instructions to a cost item, particularly when the item is moving through an approval or review workflow.
Currently, Notes entered in the web version do not appear in the mobile app. This creates a gap for users who review or approve costs from their phones, as they cannot see important information that has been added to the item.
Please add the Notes field to the mobile app, ideally allowing mobile users to both view and add/edit notes.
This would be particularly valuable for businesses using Dext workflows, where notes can be used to explain unusual transactions, provide coding or payment instructions, ask questions, or pass information between users as an item moves through the workflow.
Having Notes available consistently across the web and mobile apps would make the workflow much more useful and reduce the need to communicate transaction details outside of Dext.
