Add more options to filter and advance search
Add STATUS to the filter and Advance Search. Currently you can only search for to Review or Ready item in filter. There is no option in filter or advanced search to select "rejected" items in the Cost inbox.

Approvals Export
When exporting Cost from the Approvals and Inbox tabs,
STATUS - all show as processing instead of Pending (x/x) / Approved , Ready, To Review,
NEXT APPROVER - is not exported at all, it would be handy.1 vote -
Costs - Supplier Invoices/ Receipts uploads via Dext App
I have a situation. I just want certain employees to upload receipts/Invoices from the Dext App, but do not want them to be able to access the mileage part. At present any employee can click on Mileage, add their vehicle and track their mileage. Not all employees can submit their mileage and claim for it, so would it be possible to be able to not include this feature for certain employees?

Print Messages to PDF
To print messages from client to PDF along with the option of sending it to the description of the transaction before posting. Many times the message conversation with client should be save for future reference and there is no way to save the conversation.

Supplier Products List Extraction and Price Checker
A price checker feature that automatically notifies you when a billed price differs (higher, lower) than the agreed product price would be great. The price checker would compare the extracted line items from bills against your pre-loaded price list.
