    I use dext with QBO and we have the following publish to options:
    1. cash
    2. check
    3. Credit Card
    4. Bill
    5. Credit Note
    6. Credit card Credit

    However in Canada most our transactions paid by a debit card. It would important to have an option called "Debit Card"
