    I agree, we're in the same situation. A "Don't ask again for this supplier" button would be great.

    My workaround is to not Publish from the item screen, but once I've added the details I use the Next button up the top and then I bulk publish from the Inbox when I'm done. I added the Description column to my Inbox view so I know which invoices I've looked at and don't accidently publish ones I've not edited yet. It would be easier to be able to use the publish button on each invoice once completed though...
