    It would be really helpful to get email notifications when a client replies to a message on an item in Dext.

    At the moment, the notification just pops up briefly in the bottom left of the screen. In practice, accounts are constantly syncing and refreshing, so the notification disappears really quickly and it’s easy to miss a client reply - which has happened to us several times now.

    It would be great if we could receive a notification via email or the Dext Mobile App when a client responds, similar to how we get email and mobile notifications when Dext Support replies.

    This would make it much easier to stay on top of client queries and avoid missing important responses.
