Ability to add documents to an existing Dext file. Example: Trades loads credit card receipt but forgets to load the itemized purchase (materials purchased and tax breakout).

I've read all the comments and agree with providing options for date format. It should be flexible and up to the user or organization to select their date format. We like to use YYYY-MM-DD. Providing flexibility is always a better option than hard coding where possible when it comes to fields like dates.
You should provide the user the ability to format their date option regardless of where they are located (country or otherwise).
Very often, an employee will load a receipt in DEXT. However the receipt is only part of the documents required as it does not identify the items, tax and sometime even supplier.
We would like the ability to not DELETE the original entry (Dext file created by employee), but to load another document to the existing Dext entry to support our requirements for full disclosure.
Also when searching DEXT for a receipt or Invoice, the ability to SEARCH ALL (includes active, published, archived, etc) would be extremely helpful making the Dext process more efficient for our admin staff. Currently it's time consuming to search only one status of entries at a time.
