    I have scanned some bank statements in (two files) for a client but DEXT has rejected them because 1 month of each document is missing and on the other file. So as a result, DEXT cannot decipher any of the statements because of one month.

    Previously when using Autoentry, we could scan in statements in any order/missing months etc. and it would still decipher the information and say which parts of the statements are missing, instead now I'm in no better position as I was before I'd scanned them.
