Extract email body as Description
Could you please extract the body of an email, when the item is added as a separate attachment, as the Description?

I agree. A solution to manually allocate field selection when sending an email to dext. Could be in subject line of email or first sentence.
Could use codes to push the field -
*1 - Description
*2 - Category
*3 - Notes
*4 - etc.
And would be great to see a copy of the original body of the email in Dext to check any supporting information. -

The only problem with this is that it puts this information in the description field. I don't need it there for the client to see when when payments go through, I just want it as part of the document itself.

When an email invoice is forwarded to RB can you please add the email subject in the Description field

My clients often submit items by email and include key information such as Project or Category within the body of the email they send it in with. Please make it possible to view the original email that items came in attached to
