Original images of invoices/receipts attached to expense report
A way for the invoice/receipt to automatically be attached to the expense report in the integrated software, not just as a link in the PDF.
Hi there,
The ability to include source document images within the Expense Report PDF export is now live. Select 'Report with receipts' on the detail level in the PDF export screen. See screenshot attached.
Including images in your accounting software with the published expense report has not yet been worked on, but we are aware of it.
Hope this helps!

Hello! I'm writing to suggest a feature that I find very important for bookkeepers. When expense reports are being published to Xero from Dext, only the report itself would be sent in as an attachment, the original receipts are not included. Bookkeepers will need to spend time downloading those receipts one by one and attach them in Xero for the moment. If we could have the original receipts sent to Xero as well that would save bookkeepers a lot of time and avoid any human errors.

Expense Reports Feature - The document that is uploaded and created is just an expense report not the actual receipts which dont help in case of an audit so I have to manually upload them - would be nice if this did it for me

I'd like to send images of the receipts with the expense report in one email. similar to how a bank statement shows check images at the end of the statement.

Would it be possible to attach the receipts submitted by users to their expense reports? It would be great to have the receipts + the expense report publishing to QBO in one PDF.

When expense claims are published to the accounting software, to have the receipts attached individually. This will allow API apps to scan the receipts

When I publish to QBO, I do not see the receipts only the report. Is this correct?

This would be very useful - from a VAT perspective not being able to see the backing documentation in the accounting software, e.g Xero, is frustrating.

Yes, please push the items to QBO with the expense claim report. API allows this - others do it. Makes it so much easier with the auditors if its all on QBO. (Xero too maybe?)

I'd like the individual images of the expense report pushed into QBO to match and reconcile with the individual transactions. Currently you do not push the individual images over, instead you add them to the expense report, then publish the expense report as a summarized PDF and push the actual images into the archive.
