Download Expense Reports with supporting images
I want to be able to download the Expense Report, together with the supporting files in one PDF
Hi there,
The ability to include source document images within the Expense Report PDF export is now live. Select 'Report with receipts' on the detail level in the PDF export screen. See screenshot attached.
A reminder if you're an Admin that you can also include links to the source documents from Account Settings. Just turn on 'Image Sharing'.
Hope this helps!

Expense Reports - include receipts with the export pdf file. Currently only able to receive a pdf view of receipts when it is emailed but without summary. Also receipts are not exported to QBO when processing transaction, only the summary.

When you are in an expense report and go to tools and email the report, you get two attachments, the pdf of images and the csv summary. I want to be able to download that same pdf of images in one file so I can attach it in QBO. At present, I need to email it to myself, then download it and then attach it. Seems like a lot of unnecessary steps. I do know that you can click on the hyperlink to an image on a report, but I want to be able to see the two separate files, especially when the report is long.

Effortless expense reports - I should have the option of downloading all the expense receipts along with the first page summary. This way, the report is complete along with all the PDF's. It is tedious to download and attach the images to the expense report summary as it should be automatic. Thanks!

Just thought... if you can't get the rpt to push to the accounting software with all the chits .. then how about just being able to download them from the expense rpt page, instead of having to go to costs, and then filtering, and then downloading, and then going back to expense claims to publish the rpt.
