Supplier rules based on other "IF" rules
Could we have rules with “IF”
Example:
If amount > X this
If amount less < that?
Hello everyone,
We have just launched AI Assist, which helps automate more of the bookkeeping work you already do in Dext:
- Automatically apply the correct VAT treatment to documents
- Categorise documents using context, beyond supplier rules
- Reduce repetitive data corrections
- Keep you fully in control of what automation is applied
We’d encourage you to give it a try and see how it fits into your workflow.

A rule to auto-archive/delete based on specific supplier, document type, and specific amount:
a) some of the submissions contain multiple documents, only one of which is the invoice that needs to be published, the other ones are receipts (many suppliers using Stripe started doing this recently sending both invoice and receipt), or statements (co-working spaces just looove sending both an invoice and a statement)
b) some (not all) invoices from specific SaaS suppliers are routinely for $0 -

A setting in Dext that will tell the system to not auto-publish anything over $1000 and instead send it for review

A way to Autopublish supplier invoices that = a certain amount. E.g. Only publish apple invoices that = £1

To have auto-publish rules. I often want to switch on auto-publish but like to check over invoices of a higher value.
For example, have a rule for a supplier that any invoices below £100 are published automatically, then I can still check over anything above.

I have a client who receives multiple regular invoices for fixed amounts from the same supplier. It would be super useful if we could create multiple rules base on specified values for the supplier, to reduce the time needed to split out each invoice - If we could do this, we could happily auto publish. Without this feature, we cannot use any rule for the supplier.
