Thank you for sharing your idea with us—it’s a great suggestion, and we really appreciate the time you took to provide it. While we genuinely see its value, I wanted to let you know that it hasn’t made it onto our roadmap for the next 6 months.


That said, we’re keeping it in mind as we plan for future updates. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us prioritise and shape the direction of our product, so please don’t hesitate to share more ideas with us in the future!

    I need specific columns in CSV export which are not available in any of the preset options. Please can we have supplier code available to export along with line items.

    Hi Team,
    Can we have all the filters appear in the extracted data from inbox stage. Currently I am able to filter the data by Upload date in Dext, however I am not able to get this info when I download the file. Please can we have this added to the feature.

    Please add a column field for Project every time an Expense Report is exported to PDF (preview), PDF and CSV FORMAT.

    When you export the Cost inbox, it would be a great idea to export the user who submitted the invoice.

    Would it be possible to get the Quantity and Unit Price columns exported on the CSV report (under the Costs section)? These two columns are on the screen when creating line items but they are not exported on any reports.

    As with other users, the ability to export detailed tax lines is of critical importance if secondary tax is being used, especially as DEXT Prepare doesn't have an open API. Being able to pull this information from Dext would be really valuable for published items as it would be much easier than trying to figure out which items came from Dext in the accounting software and how the items are being stored.

    It will be great if there's a way we can download the invoice information such us item/product purchase, unit purchase in kg, ea, etc and latest invoice price. :-)

    Allow users to create/upload custom export templates.
    - User selected columns for export e.g. Gross and/or Net values
    - Customisable column names e.g. change Project to Job
    - Option for template to export Item Details or Line Items not both
