Cost invoice approvals is now available on the web and in the app 🎉.


If you're an admin, go to settings to set up an approval workflow.

    Can you implement a system that allows people to approve invoices or expense claims online?

    It would be great if we could use digital signatures for this...but any suggestions would be great

    It would be very useful to have bill approval built into DEXT. We use DEXT for capturing bills for condo corporations and third party approval application are simply too expensive for such small organizations.
