Advanced Search in Expense reports
Since the expense report list screen has been changed, it is not harder to differentiate at a glance expense reports that have been approved vs those not yet submitted for approval as both are eligible for publishing. Please allow to search or sort by the Approval status. I want to be able to filter the list of expense reports for only those that have been approved. Another option would be to have a notification box at the top of the screen when viewing the expense report detail to show whether it has been approved. Similar to the current waiting for approval notification. Currently there is not an quick way to see if the report has been approved except for clicking on audit trail or going back to main list. On a web based system, where internet access can be slow, this really bogs down the publishing process. Another option would be to have a setting that would set all non-approved expense reports as not eligible for publishing.
Hi,
We have updated the expense report screen so you can filter by approval status. After you have navigated to the expense report page, select Advanced in the search bar, and you can select the approval status you want to filter by. You can also sort the column by status as an alternative.
Thank you for your feedback, feel free to reach out with any further comments you have.
Many thanks,
Vikash

On the expense reports page, please add the ability to sort and filter by approval status. Since the update that removed the bubble around the word approved, it is too easy to publish unapproved expense reports. Also a suggestion, make an option to set unapproved expense reports as "not ready" for publishing. As this is not likely every company's preference, a company specific setting could modify the behaviour of the publishing column.
Thanks!
