Notifications when something is approved
Can we get notifications whenever an item is approved?

Good news,
You can now choose to be notified when costs and sales items you've submitted for approval have been approved.
Go to your user settings and scroll to Approval email notifications to turn this on. By default this setting is turned off, but you can choose to turn it on from here.
