  1. Bulk edit client visibility

    Ability to edit in a bulk the client visibility as at the moment you need to do it for each client separately, which is time consuming in case you need to do this for 100+ clients.

    As part of the Enhanced Dext Design improvements, we've introduced the option to "Grant access to all" or "Remove access from all" when editing a colleague's client access. You can find this under "Team" → "Colleagues" → "Manage" → "Client Access".

    As part of the Enhanced Dext Experience improvements, user roles have now been unified. You can now manage 'Data Health & Insights' access for colleagues by navigating to:


    'Team' → 'Colleagues' → 'Manage' → 'Edit privileges' → 'Access Data Health & Insights' → 'Save'

    In the enhanced Dext experience, you can now grant all colleagues access to newly created client accounts with ease.


    Simply toggle on "All colleagues", as shown in the attached screenshot.

  4. ability to set up clients on precision who do not yet have a Xero license

    i want to be able to set up new clients in Precision who do not have a Xero license yet (or license has not been transferred to us yet). This will allow us to start an onboarding checklist before we have Xero.

  6. Flows - edit function

    DEXT Flows
    At present it is not possible to edit/delete a flow that someone has created, but we are finding if people leave that flows, especially repeating flows continue.
    Can we have the option that the Account Manager 1 can edit any flow in the account?

    New Custom Health Score now available!


    We’ve listened to your feedback and are delighted to introduce updates to Precision’s Health Score feature which now enables you to customise the health score calculation, giving you complete control over what makes up your client assessments.


    In the Health Score Settings Page, team admins can now create a health score that is customised to the needs of your practice, including the checks and weightings that matter to you.


    This means you have more control and can offer a more tailored and relevant assessment process to your clients, whether you're managing multiple clients with diverse financial objectives or seeking in-depth insights.

    This feature is included free of charge as part of your Precision plan.

    Thanks so much for your Precision suggestion to have a dismiss all multi-coded contacts option. We're happy to let you a new "Dismiss all" button is now live! 

    you can find it on the right-hand side under the search bar.
