  1. eg so can easily see all practice admins or easily see who is listed as owner or expense approver etc

  6. Currently need them set up carefully in order with exceptions first and cant change if new accounts, etc become exceptions and need to go at the start of the process. Would be good if we could reorder as you would currently have to delete some or all existing workflows and set back up if you need to create any new exceptions at the start of the process.

  10. I use this program to reconcile several bank accounts. I think it would be nice to be able to set each account as reconciled up to a certain date, so that if an old receipt is submitted it would be flagged, and so it may be able to get the date order correct. November 1st instead of January 11th etc.

  11. I think it would be really useful to have the "Note" tab change colour or indicate in some way when a note is in there. That way it could alert the user to check the notes before processing a document.

  16. In the mobile app can you filter accounts or sort by most used or last used in app. It would be handy not to have to scroll through entire list when I always use just a couple accounts when scanning in a receipt

As an Accountant User working on my clients accounts I would like to be able to receive email notifications for my clients accounts so that when a document is submitted by any user in this client account Dext Prepare informs me. I would also be able to customise the email notifications I receive for my clients accounts for each client and select what type of emails I receive based on the client (document uploaded, document published, document rejected, etc.)

  19. I'm surprised this isn't a feature yet. When you are adding a document online via the webpage there is no area to give a description for the document before uploading or even right after. You have to wait for it to be processed, then go into it and leave a note. For someone who submits receipts & bills both on the phone & webpage it would be very nice to have that feature on the webpage. I am frequently submitting documents that I would like to leave a description for so my accounting team can then know where they might…
