  2. Is there a way of entering home to work mileage on the mileage claim? The distance can be manually edited, but it would not be possible to see an audit trail of what private mileage had been deducted for HMRC.

  3. Dext is extracting the Purchase Order Number but this is not currently posted in Sage 50. For us this is a big problem. It would help just to have it appear in the Sage 50 invoice Details or Ref with the Supplier Invoice No going into the other field. Ideally, it would be posted in such a way as to integrate with the Sage 50 Purchase Order system but that might be more involved.

Please could you add additional fields for columns as per the below: I would like to add columns to the costs inbox and archive to display the following details: received into Dext date, published date and published by user name. It would also be useful to access a report showing the number of items submitted to Dext each day, the number published and the number of flagged items.

  7. Hi, we would like to be able to do sales imports by journal entry rather than sales invoice. We are in the hospitality industry and have little to no receivables so we post our sales via journal entry to make sure all funds were collected. We are using Quickbooks Desktop.

  8. Using the new version is there a way I can instantly see the assigned manager on the main Users page (maybe the ability to add a column for this) without going into each individual user? We used to be able to see this in the My Team page on the old version next to the user privileges.

  11. When travelling, staff have per diem costs - these don't have receipts and are fixed costs per meal or day. They don't need to provide receipts for these. Would be great to be able to add these costs to an employee's expense report as currently we have to add them later in Xero and they are easily missed.

  12. If a client is on Flat Rate VAT scheme, would be great for Precision to have a comparison report of whether they are better off or worse off, using the transactions already processed in QBO or XERO.

  17. Allow Smart Split -> split by line item's unit cost and not total cost.

    Current feature you can preset the line item by typing in Description, category, Product, Quantity and Total amount. However, I'd like to be able to enter the Unit Amount instead of the Total amount as I'd like to use this feature to keep track of how many units are sold per line item which adds up to the total amount. Thank you.

  18. I only just realized that an "Expense Approver" user can't see any of the Bank Feed info, or use any of the Request Paperwork functionality?? This would be a huge benefit to my clients (especially the ones who have their own company credit cards), but I don't want to make them all Admins just so they can have access to paperwork matching features, and I don't want to have to go through the Paperwork Match feature (which doesn't work that well) and figure out for them which things are missing when it would be way easier for them to know…

  20. Hi, can you please allow us to be able to create our own excel output sheet. The data input can be extracted from line items and each "input column" can be added on the list similar to how projects are added. For example, if i could rename the "projects" list and use it as "departments", I should be able to input the department as a line item. when it comes to exporting the file, i should be able to choose which items on the list I want in the excel fine plus the order of it.
