    1. Include bank payment details in the Supplier Cards. Once the supplier payments approved, generate a remittance bank file which can be uploaded to the bank for payment. The authorized bank signatory can than login to the bank portal to approve the file.

  1. Currently the Bulk edit is only for Location. It would be ideal if you can group team members into Practice, Client & Standard. Rights are assigned at these levels and we can bulk Edit to assign the rights/permissions

  2. Having processed items in Dext and reconciled in Xero its laborious to get to the refresh integration option in order to create an updated paperwork request report. Would be great to have a sync button when wanting a current list of unreconciled bank transactions in Xero. Also the option to include bank lines where there is an item in Dext that might not be a valid VAT invoice. I keep order confirmations in Dext as a reminder that they've uploaded the incorrect paperwork and still need to upload the valid VAT invoice.... but then that bank line is not currently…

  3. Add a column on the colleagues tab to show employee certification status. This ensures practices would be able to track whether an employee has completed their certification, highlighting those that have not. This will enable practices to better chase staff to complete their certification.

    In addition, I would also suggest adding an export function for this list which includes the following: first name, last name, email address, linked to account, privilege level, location, status (i.e. certified or non-certified), date of certification obtained and expiry date.

  4. Currently, multiple receipts on one document must be split BEFORE adding to the expense form.
    SUGGESTION: I would like to kindly suggest to add this capability within the expense form itself.

    JUSTIFICATION: It would be much more efficient, and accurate, to add all receipts to an expense claim at one time. Then reconcile within it, splitting receipts within the expense itself at one, or multiple users, discretion.

    People do not always have time to split receipts out in one sitting, therefore, the possibility of missing receipts on claims by coming back to the inbox repeatedly is much higher. Additionally, if…

  5. I think you should add a feature that shows the total amount of the invoices you have selected. For example, you "select" 3-4 invoices, at the top of the page it would show "3 Invoices, £453.23". A dyanmic toggle that would be useful when tallying up invoices to push through to match payments in Xero.

    Xero have this functionality in bills to pay as a reference point.

  6. Allow the End User to determine whether a duplicate expense entry is correct or not. With the current set up, the End User is unable to get similar looking expenses into the system and it's quite frustrating needing to wait for the Admin to review and approve. First they must notify the Admin that they are having this issue, then the Admin needs to approve the duplicate item, at which point the End User needs to return to the app to complete the data entry. This process is extremely inefficient.

  7. I need to sort by bank and then date order (oldest to newest) but there is no option to do this unless I extract to csv and manually amend. I also noticed that bank lines were missing if Dext thought there was an item waiting to be processed that matched - but the document uploaded was not a valid VAT invoice so I still want to include that bank line in the paperwork request document.

  8. Make it so we can search QBO for transaction matches manually. Then if Dext hasn't found a transaction match but the transaction is already in QBO it can still be sent to the transaction.

  9. Add Approval Manager/Flow in Supplier Rules.
    Useful for regular invoices which are sent to a generic Dext Inbox and could be then pushed to get approved.

  10. Please can you add the sales invoices data extract for Iris Kashflow, we paying the full subscription for DEXT but can only use half of your product which is a real shame. It would be really helpful to have the sales invoices extractions

  15. Have a "hold" or "lock" option that would stop a particular item from being published.

    For example - a bill is uploaded but we are querying the bill with the supplier, I want to be able to lock that bill so if another user tried to publish it they would get a warning message saying "This bill is on hold, you must take it off hold to publish".

  17. There is a huge problem right now with PO matching within Dext. The partial match of an invoice with a PO doesn't work properly.

    If a PO is 1000 $ and I have an invoice of 500$ for this PO, I still need to match my invoice and remain open, because I'm going to receive future invoices related to the same PO later. However, right now, the PO matching doesn't work with partial amount.

    ***NOTE : PO match is not equal to PO being closed. I'm not talking about the PO being close, I'm talking about PO being matched and…

  18. Would be amazing to be able to create a phrase for Dext to search for - my use case is in Uber and Uber Eats instances where the tip is added after the fact. We get two invoices autosubmitting, one for the original amount and one for the original amount plus the tip.

    If it could recognize the phrase "Thanks for tipping," and note that somewhere viewable before clicking into the receipt it would allow us to be somewhat more efficient in adjusting the extracted amounts to be correct on them.
