  1. Hi, we currently have a Dext subscription that we use for staff expense claims, and we've set up specific users for approval. However, all expenses for approval are currently being routed to one inbox (expense list). Is there a way to configure this so that each approval user has their own individual inbox, ensuring that only expenses assigned to them are visible for approval?

I would like to forward invoices to another app that does payment process but it has to be forwarded in PDF from a known email (that I can identify) to this other app. This other app will process and pay the invoice. So I don't want to be downloading individual invoices and then manually emailing from my email account manually. Is there a way I can find out the email address my DEXT account is sending the email from? In addition to that, I need to identify the email address Dext is sending the pdf from. It has to be…

  9. Currently, items arrive as "Tax Exclusive" in QBO regardless if "Extracted Amount" or a specific Tax Rate is selected in Dext, which we need to manually alter in QBO afterward. It would be helpful to be able to publish items as Tax Inclusive.

  10. I would like to be able to use my laptop's webcam to capture the receipt image (similar to the mobile app).

    I find it's easier (for me) to enter the appropriate details in the web app. However, the easiest way to capture the receipt image (again, for me) is to use the mobile app and the phone's camera. This makes most receipt entry a two-step process.

  13. Monthly/Weekly re-occuring expense option to avoid having to add/upload the same receipt/contract every month. This is especially useful for rental contracts (eg. office) where the details remain the same.

    Further to our interaction with your customer service, and dext not been able to keep the project number to the receipts once the project is closed on WFM could you please add this feature to it.
    So when closing a project the expense receipt still have the Project Code from WFM.

  16. I’ve had two Users manage to delete their whole report in the last week. They think that ticking an item on the left and clicking delete at the top will remove just that one line. However, the whole report goes and it does so without any further popup box for a confirmation. If they could add a popup box to say – this will delete your whole expense report, do you want to continue? That would suffice.

  20. Since you added Delivery note as a TYPE it has been a great benefit, as we scan invoices/credits and delivery notes for 10 stores daily. HOWEVER it would be less work manually entering the delivery note number if this was added as a new feature. To me it is like scanning an invoice without the invoice number. I hope this feature is an easy addition to a great program. Many thanks
